Terms and conditions

1.The promotion will run from 27th March 2017 to 30th April 2017 or until stocks last.

2.The promotion applies to Rubia TIR 7400 5L pack, Rubia G 6200 5L pack, Rubia XT 5L pack,Quartz 5000 4L pack and Hi-Perf 4T 1L pack

3.The promotion/campaign is open to residents and citizens of Kenya. Participants and winners who are minors aged 18 years and below must be assisted to the extent necessary by their parent or lawful guardian.

4.The Promotion/campaign is open to the public provided one has an active and duly registered mobile phone sim-card connected to the Safaricom Limited cellular network.

5.There is no limit to the number of times participants and winners can enter and participate in the Promotion/campaign.

6.The participating brands are only Total Rubia, Quartz and Hi-Perf 4T Motor Lubricant Brands.

7.The Organizers may refuse to grant the Prize or any part thereof to any participant in the event of fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement to participate in the Promotion/campaign under these Terms and Conditions.

8.The Organizers reserve the right to amend and adjust the number and value of Airtime top-up reward, data budle reward, or MPESA reward from time to time in the course of the Campaign/Promotion as they deem fit.

9.The Organizers, their agents and subcontractors will not bear responsibility for any loss or damage to a participant, whether caused by self or any third party, arising from: 
•    Matters outside the control of the Organizers, their agents and sub-contractors including but not limited to force majeure events; and 
•    Any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any machine, telephone network or system, service provider software or otherwise which may result in any communication being lost or not properly received, registered or recorded.

10.By entering the Promotion/campaign, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Organizers reserve the right to amend, modify or change these rules at any time during the Promotion/campaign.

11.All Participants/Customers shall at all times have the right and ability to decline or discontinue participation in the Campaign and in any future campaigns to be conducted by the Organizers.

12.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Kenya and the Participant(s) submit irrevocably to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Kenya.

13.If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court or other competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.
