Mr Stanislas Mittelman - Non-Executive Director

He has served in various capacities in the Total Group from the year 1990 to date. Stanislas is currently the Senior Vice President of the Africa and Middle East Division of the Total Group. Stanislas graduated from France’s EDHEC Business school.

Mr Jerome Burban - Non-Executive Director

He has served in various capacities in the Total Group from the year 2002 to date. Jerome is currently the Corporate and Project Finance Manager of the Total Group, in charge of both European and US Refining and Chemicals entities and African Marketing & Services entities. Jerome graduated from French Business School EM Lyon and is a holder of Masters in Business Law.

Jean-Christian Bergeron - Chairman of the Board

Mr. Bergeron, aged 50, has over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. He holds a Business School Degree from Audencia, France. Jean-Christian Bergeron joined Total in 1990 where he served in various capacities in Retail Sales, Project Management and Business Strategy. In addition to various business responsibilities in France and Europe, he also served in Pakistan between 2000 and 2003 and in Cameroon as Managing Director from 2006 to 2009. In 2013, he was appointed as Executive Vice President for Retail, a position he held until 2015 when he was appointed to his current position as Executive Vice President for East & Central Africa.

Anne-Solange Renouard - Managing Director

Anne-Solange Renouard, aged 44, is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in France and Institute of Political Studies of Paris, France. She joined the Total Group in 1996 and has worked in different positions in Logistics, Audit, Strategy, Management Control and Marketing. She became Managing Director of Total Mauritius in 2012, a position she held until November 2015 when she was appointed Managing Director, Total Kenya.

Maurice KAnjejo

 

Maurice Odhiambo K’Anjejo - Corporate Affairs Manager and Alternate Director

Mr. Maurice Odhiambo K’Anjejo, aged 57, holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi. He started his career in Internal Audit at TPS Serena group upon graduation in 1983 before joining Total Kenya Limited in 1985 as Management Accountant. He has since held various responsibilities, including being Treasury Manager, Chief Accountant and Human Resources and Administration Manager. He was appointed the Corporate Affairs Manager in 2003, a post he holds to date.

Premanand Dhoomon - Financial Director

Premanand Dhoomon, aged 52, holds an ACCA certification and is also an ACCA fellow. He joined Esso Mauritius Limited in 1992 and in 2005, following the take-over of the Esso activities by Total Mauritius, he was appointed as Finance Manager. In 2009 he was appointed as a Group Corporate Auditor at Holding level. In 2012, Mr. Dhoomon was appointed as the Marketing & Services Fraud Risk Coordinator, a position he held until his appointment as Finance Director of Total Kenya Limited in May 2015.

JL Maonga

Mr. Maonga - Board Secretary

Mr. Maonga, aged 54, has a B A Degree from University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. He is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya and has over 20 years experience in Company Secretarial and Registration Services. He was appointed Company Secretary on February 1, 1999.

Dr Joe Muchekehu - Independent Non-Executive Director

Dr Muchekehu is a fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Kenya) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries (Kenya).
Dr Muchekehu has key skills in auditing, accounting, financial management, strategic consulting & management, corporate governance, corporate management and business consulting.
Dr Muchekehu graduated from the London School of Accountancy and he attended Biola University-Talbot School of Theology.

Ms Margaret Wambui Ngugi Shava - Independent Non-Executive Director

She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a practising Advocate, an independent Consultant and a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya). Margaret has over 23 years working experience in Law, Management, Legal Consultancy and Peace Building & Transitional Justice. She has worked in various economic sectors, United Nations Organization and National & International Non-Governmental Organisations. Margaret is a holder of Masters of Arts degree in Democratic Studies from the University of Leeds, UK, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Buckingham, UK, a Certificate in Oil & Gas from Strathmore University and a Certificate in Competition Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Mr Joseph Karago - Independent Non-Executive Director

Joseph is an Architect and has expertise in strategy & policy formulation, programme & project formulation, technical Audit project management, general management and team building. Joseph is a holder of Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Registered Architect with the Registration Board, BORAQS.
