Service stations

Total has a wide network of more than 170 stations all around the country: Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru, Mt Kenya, Western and even in Lokichogio to make sure that wherever our customers are, they find the adequate response to their needs. Our stations are open 7 days a week and provide quality fuels and good services. Hence, our customers have the opportunity to have their vehicle washed or fully serviced. Their tyres can be repaired or replaced by brand new ones in our fully equipped tyre centres.

  Our kiosks, shops and Bonjour shops offer a wide range of products to satisfy any need of our customers. Restaurants and cafeterias are also available in some of our sites to enable our customers to relax before, during or after their trip within the country. Unleaded, premium, regular, low sulfur & normal diesel, kerosene, lubricants, gaz and car care products are available in all our service stations to enable any customer to get the appropriate quality product. Our service stations provide exemplary service and are well kept in terms of look, maintenance of equipment and house keeping to let our customers know where to turn.


 

The shop

For a long time the "All Seasons" shop concept was adopted in our sites where convenience shopping was an established activity.                               

 

The "All Seasons" concept with its dominant red color theme was largely seen as being just an extension of the forecourt fuel operations. There was need to create a distinctly different atmosphere for our valued shoppers and to invigorate the entire shopping experience.                                    

   

 

Out of this need the Bonjour concept was conceived and then implemented. The Bonjour concept has the distinctive hallmark of a white colour fascia with an eye catching red strip that runs through. This distinct appeal lets the shop stand out from the traditional fuel operations.

 

Bonjour, the French customary greeting means "Good day" and has been adopted as a global TOTAL concept that promises a high and consistent level of professional customer service. The concept also offers a product range that has national and cross border appeal as the brands stocked have instant recognisability. This means that customers can depend on the products and service no matter the location of the shop.  

The Lubes bay

  The pit stop concept has been maintained in our lubrication bays for some time now until recently when it was replaced with the Auto Express Service concept. The pit stop concept offered only the promise of 30 minutes maximum timer spent on your car for service.
TOTAL has now introduced the Auto Express Service (AES) with the branded packages of Eco, Performance and Excellence to suit every customers need. The AES concept seeks to provide our customers with a better understanding of our oil change offer.

In the AES concept the customer gets the exact amount of oil they require for their cars, thus eliminating the need to have excess oil jerry cans. The AES concept increases the overall service quality by introducing and adhering to specific customer commitments. These promises to our customers are:

The AES concept also uses high technology that is cleaner for our environment and more efficient in terms of cost savings to the customers.

The Car Wash

TOTAL has revolutionalised the car wash concept in Kenya by being the first oil company to offer a branded a car wash service. The customer now gets to see clearly displayed prices and gets to choose the Package that meets their particular needs.

The Kiosk Concept

This is a concept born of the need to meet the snacking needs of our customers. In this concept the lubricant display shops are converted to mini retail shops that carry a minimum of the essential range.

The kiosks are available in our Ahero, Chania, Rhino, Kapsabet, Kajiado, Mtito Andei, Tsavo and Bahati stations and is a concept that is sure to keep the customers knowing where to turn.
