About Distribution Centre

Total Kenya Limited is committed to meeting customers expectations through improved service in terms of order processing, information requirements, follow up on queries, service complaints, response time and quality of delivered service.

The Distribution Centre is open from 8.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. through lunch hour, Monday to Friday. After office hours, your message will be taken for action on the next working day.

As Distribution Centre staff, we strive to provide instant support and obtain immediate answers to all your enquiries. For those queries which require investigation or consultation, we endeavor to track down the experts for you and let you know the status, on day.

Orders processing
• To place an order; phone, fax or e-mail the Distribution Centre. You can order for fuels, lubricants and LPG.
• The Distribution Assistant will confirm the product and delivery details with you.
• Your cleared orders will be processed and delivered within 24 hours.
• If there are changes affecting your scheduled delivery, the Distribution Centre will advise you accordingly. Information requirements and queries
• You may seek information in the following areas:
              o Specific product information
              o Discrepancies on delivery and invoice
              o To check order, credit or payment status
              o Confirmation of account balances

 Service complaints
• We would be very pleased to hear what we can do to meet your expectations as a customer.
• We shall do our best to respond and react quickly to your complaints. Quality of delivered service.
• We will endeavor to ensure that your order is delivered on a timely, responsible and in good quality.
