Features Of the Card
• Microchip Based:
The Bon Voyage card has a 1kb microchip(smart card) embedded on the plastic.
This mechanism facilitates the customization of each individual card to suit the needs
and requirements of the client.
The information customised on the chip is impossible to duplicate

 • PIN Code operated:
The card provides a Personal Identification Number (PIN)
which is used in place of a signature to validate all transactions made on your card(s).
This code can be changed on request and at no extra cost. This offers you safety and assurance.

 • Driver Codes: The card can be customized to ask for a driver code.
This is optional and useful when you wish to maintain an audit trail.
Each driver is assigned a code separate from the PIN code.
This feature is optional and comes in quite handy for fleet managers.

 • Assigned to a Vehicle:
Each vehicle is assigned a card that may only be used to fuel that particular vehicle.
The lifting of fuel products may not exceed the vehicle's tank capacity at the time of
fueling or the set tank capacity in the card parameters.

· Lock tank capacity :
Each vehicle is assigned a card that may only be used to fuel that particular vehicle.

fueling or the set tank capacity in the card parameters.

We have both prepaid and post paid cards.

Pre-paid

• The card is offered at kshs 1000/- per card.
• The card takes a maximum of 48 hours to be processed.
• Replenishment can be done at the Card Centre -Chai House 1st floor and at authorised Total service stations country wide.
• Cards can be paid for in cash, cheque or bankers cheque. NB. Cards paid for by cheque are processed after the cheque clears.
• There is no minimum loading amount. 

The maximum is up to the customer.

All the settings to be customized on the card are the same as for the post paid card i.e. authorised zones, mileage, time zones, products restrictions etc.

Post-paid

• The joining fee per card is Kshs.1,000.
• The post-paid card offers you on average a 45-day interest free credit.

Payment is required only once a month, 15 days from the date of the invoice.

Application Forms

Post-paid
Fill in the Total Application form. Kindly attach last year of audited accounts, certified copies of your bank statement for the last 6 months, a copy of your certificate of incorporation and a copy of the Memorandum of Association. We will evaluate your Credit Status and get back to you in a week.

Pre-paid
Fill in the Pre-paid Fuel Card order form, send it back to us with a payment of Kshs.1,000 for card fees and any amount for fuel.
